Shipping your order

Most orders are shipped out within the next day of ordering and delivered in less than a week. Whether you live in California, New South Wales or Berlin. For me, it is crucial that your package can travel hundreds of kilometers in just a few days.

Sustainability is also key. Starting by paying attention to small details, such as packaging. I use recycled cardboard boxes and paper tape with eco friendly adhesive to protect your order. Each garment is carefully wrapped with acid and chlorine free tissue paper. Ribbons and fillers are totally natural, biodegradable and reusable.

When and how?

  • It takes me 24-48 hours to ship your order
  •  Orders are always shipped and delivered from Monday to Friday
  • Those orders made between Friday and Sunday, or on holidays, will be shipped the next business day
  • Delivery time varies from 1 to 5 days since the courier picks up your package
  • To make delivery easier, I will always ask you for a contact phone number with your purchase
  • Since your order will only be delivered by signature, it is not possible to send it to a PO box
  • Certain events beyond my control and responsibility, such as customs delays, holidays in the destination country or changes in the weather, may also affect delivery times
Please remember that this is a small business runned by a single person, so during certain promotions, sales, or even my own vacations, the whole process can take a bit more.

    How much it costs?

All packages are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide.

I am happy to include Free Express Worldwide shipping plus insurance on orders over €80 to Spain, €170 to Europe, €270 to USA & Canada and €320 to all other countries.
